Who is Lady Sales Coach?
Lady Sales Coach is a vibrant, passionate, and experienced Sales Entrepreneur with over 20+ years of strategic consulting, leadership, and sales experience. She's been honored in past years at the Top 40 under 40 Georgia Trends Magazine and was a Semi Finalist on Trump's show "The Apprentice". She believes in being a Coach to those around her who have chosen sales as their profession or want to simply help companies maximize their sales arm investment, and thus the birth of Lady Sales Coach, LLC. She has a passion for helping both women and various companies unlock their "inner confidence" and "brand." Given the Pandemic, and now the after math, this approach has only been magnified. She has worked for small, mid and large sized companies in sales rep, top managerial, and strategic consulting capacities. Most recently, she led a "challenged" but well-known brand in Cyber to become a highly successful top performing sales organization. by rebuilding it from the ground up across all of North America. She has also worked for Fortune 500s in the software, hardware, pre-sales, and professional/technical services space. Her passion for helping young and experienced sales professionals alike "leave it all on the court with confidence" has led to a large following. Her ability to break down the walls operationally between "sales" and other departments is "uncanny." Her want to help set foundational direction and to provide help to companies in the Software, Consulting, or Cyber spaces who need the skillset of a CSO, has made her company unique. Her company, Lady Sales Coach, LLC. was created to help others with all of this in mind.
Can we be real for a minute?
Most of us are still working "remotely" in in some capacity, and yet without the true face to face communication to achieve our set goals. Companies are in the same boat. "C" level Executives are expecting profits without excuses, yet none knows how to "coach" their salespeople through these unusual circumstances because we've never had such a time in the history of the world. What we "did do" isn't what we "must do" now. Employee management, deal cycles, team building all looks different. With this thought in mind as to the profession we have chosen, I am a realist when it comes to sales skills and individual performance knowing that your attitude, aptitude, and personal drive can only take you so far without being able to build an authentic relationship with your prospects, customers, and internal teams alike. This requires the ability to "predict" what most call the "unpredictable sale." I challenge this thought process, as with the right KPI driven process, tools, relationship on three sides of the "triangle", a sale CAN be accurately predicted.
Putting in the effort is only part of the battle. Given the new normal, you MUST magnify "you" with deep listening skills across the organization and never ever get yourself "single threaded." It's a real death sentence when you are in business and a mistake most ALL salespeople and companies make. We aren't training to the "whole deal" and the expanded funnel, but rather "waiting on the whale." I personally know that being different and exceptional in your craft is something 99% of sales people don't focus on and thus they miss 99% of the deals they could have closed by listening more and continuing to find new opportunities even with the sales funnel (3X) full. I know that not everyone is cut out for the profession and thus discovering early your inner ability to shoot a three pointer or not is important so that you don't waste your time and others who are there to coach you.
Sales is also roller coaster ride that many are not cut out for, but are attracted to, due to the lucrative money in the profession. Most sales professionals unfortunately get off the ride before discovering their true potential and most companies jump the gun without knowing what "CAN" happen with little tweaks to their people and processes. Unlocking your inner "friendly direct" is a key technique I believe in and teach with a passion. Lady Sales Coach also focuses on the "triangle" approach (People, Process and Technology along with Business, IT, and Procurement) which most salespeople and companies miss when assessing a sale.

Though Lady Sales Coach would like to mentor any sales individual or company for that matter that asks, she is very picky about what clients she takes on. The relationship between a sales mentor and mentee or a sales coach and a company is something she does not take lightly and thus being a "realist" about who she can help is driven out to a "yes" or "no" in the first session.
Lady Sales Coach services start with an initial 60 minute FREE comprehensive one on one consultation (by phone) to help identify "what success looks like for you or your company" to determine if Lady Sales Coach can help. If she decides to take you or your company on as a client, Lady Sales Coach will determine the best mentoring regiment to achieve maximum sales results (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Lady Sales Coach can also look to be a part time CSO if there are key areas of improvement needed on a reoccurring basis, including bringing prospective new hires/businesses to the table for "open door" meetings. Lady Sales Coach offers either by phone (anywhere) or face to face sessions (in Georgia) by appointment only. Additional meetings of an urgent nature can also be quickly scheduled through the website or by email. The times denoted on the calendar are free for you to schedule. We will also work to accommodate busy calendars. Lady Sales Coaches believe that a good salesperson or company will invest at "their" right time for any desirable improvement conversations, readings, or studies required to optimize the desired performance. Sales is after all a "pay for performance" career path.
What does a Lady Sales Coach session cost and do you accept credit card payments?
On average, a session is the equivalent to a nice meal with a significant other and it should be paid for online prior to the session. Yes, we accept all forms of credit card payments. Referrals are appreciated and Lady Sales Coach does have a referral discount program based on if the referral is proven to be referred directly by you and also moves forward with our services.
Do you accept male clients?
Absolutely. A Male or Female client is irrelevant. Lady Sales Coach is only about mentor/mentee fit, company assistance in general, and being able to generate desired exceptional results for both individual and company customers.
